You probably aware that the Launch X-431 has a number of 16-pin OBD II-style plugs. There are 5 different OBDII-style plugs (6 if you included the Peugeot / Citroen CAN Adaptor) and you have to make sure you use the right one.
Although the machine generally tells you what plug to use, this is only after you have connected to the car, so valuable time can be lost.
